Family Law Attorney
Mohr Law Group is a growing boutique family law firm seeking one or more Family Law Attorneys to join our practice. We offer the caliber of legal work, professionalism, and client service expected at large firms, paired with the flexibility, autonomy, and culture of a modern boutique. Our cases are primarily based in Denton and Collin Counties, with additional matters in Dallas and Tarrant Counties.

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and capable family law attorney who values high-quality advocacy, strategic thinking, and excellent client service. The ideal candidate will have three (3) or more years of family law experience; however, attorneys with fewer years of practice will be considered if they have sufficient experience to competently handle smaller hearings independently and are eager to continue developing their litigation and negotiation skills.

This position is primarily remote, with travel required for court appearances.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage family law matters with varying levels of complexity

Prepare for and appear at hearings, case conferences, and other court settings

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement documents with precision and professionalism

Provide strategic, thoughtful counsel to clients during high-stakes and emotionally complex matters

Maintain high standards of responsiveness, organization, and follow-through in a remote work environment
Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an accredited law school

Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing

Demonstrated experience in family law litigation

Strong legal writing, advocacy, and analytical skills

Professional judgment, discretion, and a collaborative mindset

Ability to manage cases independently while functioning as part of a close, high-performing team
